Return & Refund Policy
You can always contact one of our representatives for any return question at customerservice@theravistore.com.
In the event that the caddie is damaged upon receipt, contact one of our representatives at customerservice@theravistore.com and let us know. We will require a picture of the damages sent to us as well. We will review the information we receive from you. Upon approval, customer service will issue an authorization to return the unit
To be eligible for a return your item must be in its original packaging including the original shipping container. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@theravistore.com.
